- 100 g 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1 mango (cut into chunks)
- 240 ml 1 cup soy yogurt, divided use
Instructions
- Combine blueberries and 120 ml (1/2 cup) soy yogurt in a blender and process in the until smooth. Pour into a glass.
- Combine mangoes and remaining soy yogurt in a blender and process in the until smooth. Pour mango mixture over blueberry mixture.
