  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup packed spinach leaves (stems removed)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup hemp milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 2 dates

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and serve.
