Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1 6- oz container lemon-flavored Greek yogurt (I love Chobani)
  • 1 lemon (peeled & seeded)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 12 teaspoons agave (optional)
  • 12 teaspoons flax or chia seeds (optional)
  • 34 ice cubes (if you like it a little thicker)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
