Ingredients

  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 6-ounce container Fat Free Vanilla Bean Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup green grapes (about 20 qty.)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 20 ice cubes
