  • ½ Cup Peppercorn/Kalimirch
  • ¼ Cup Dried Ginger/Saunth/Sakku
  • 20 Green Cardamom/Hari Elachi
  • 3 inch Cinamon Stick/Dalchini
  • 20 Cloves/Laung
  • ½ tsp Grated Nutmeg/Jaiphal
  1. Get all ingredients ready and grind into fine powder in coffee blender or mixer.
  2. Sieve powder and collect small pieces from sieve and grind again to fine powder, store in air tight container.
  3. Lasts for about eight months at room temperature.
