Black sesame ladoo recipe is a popular sweet in many parts of India and is normally prepared in winter.
  • ½ cup black sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup Oats
  • ¼ cup groundnuts + almonds
  • ¼ cup grated jaggery
  • 2 tbsp. Ghee
  • 1 tsp. cardamom powder
  1. Dry roast sesame seeds (till), oats, groundnuts and almonds in a non-stick pan for 3-4 minutes and take it out.
  2. Powder all the above in a blender when slightly warm.
  3. Add grated jaggery, cardamom powder add ghee in the powder and mix well. The mixture should be slightly warm when adding jaggery to it.
