Ground turkey with Thai spices makes an exceptional burger
  • 8oz (230 gm) ground turkey
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1 large scallion, minced
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) natural peanut butter
  • freshly ground salt & pepper
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  1. Combine burger ingredients a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
  3. Form the turkey mixture into two patties.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
