Double-Chocolate Dipped Cherries with Sea Salt

  • Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • Fresh Cherries
  • Sea Salt
  1. First, line a baking sheet with wax paper & spray it with oil.
  2. Next, wash the cherries & pat them dry with a clean hand towel.
  3. Melt the dark & white chocolate in two small bowls according to their packaging instructions.
  4. Dip all of the cherries in the melted dark chocolate & let harden on the wax paper.
  5. Once dry, dip them a second time in the melted white chocolate & sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Let sit on the wax paper until the chocolate is set.
  7. Enjoy!
