Truffle Popcorn
  • ⅓ cup popcorn kernels, unpopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon truffle salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper.
  1. Pop popcorn kernels in a large pot.
  2. Drizzle with melted butter and season with salt and black pepper. Season or toss to coat. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
