Cranberry and Tonic
Recipe Type: Cocktail
Serves: 1 drink
  • 4 Cranberries, fresh
  • ¼ cup Brockmans Gin
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • Ice
  • ¼ cup (or a bit less) Tonic
  • Garnish: Spruce and 3 fresh cranberries
  1. In a shaker or a jar with a lid, muddle the cranberries. Add in the gin, fresh orange juice and ice. Taste and adjust orange juice based on your preference (remember that tonic will be added).
  2. Strain and pour into glass.
  3. Top with tonic and garnish with fresh cranberries and a spruce sprig (optional).
