Chili Garlic Almonds
  • 2 cups roasted almonds
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp coriander cumin powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 tsp oil
  1. Mix dry spices like garlic powder, chilly powder/paprika, coriander cumin powder, salt and pepper
  2. in a bowl. Mix them together. In a pan, heat oil. Once its hot enough, add the dry spices and fry for
  3. seconds. Then add roasted almonds to the pan. Mix well to coat the almonds. Continue to fry for
  4. a minute. Take it o
