Sunflower Butterscotch Fudge
Recipe Type: Dessert
While normally peanut butter and butterscotch are fast flavor friends, this nut-free sunflower butterscotch fudge is made quite delicious and allergy-friendly with sunflower butter.
  • 1 cup Natural Crunch Sunbutter
  • 7 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk (to make this fudge vegan, try the recipe link in the notes for sweetened condensed coconut milk)
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips (try King David brand for a vegan option)
  1. In a saucepan, combine all three ingredeints over LOW heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat when everything is almost melted and stir to finish combining.
  3. Let the fudge set in a parchment-lined loaf pan overnight or for 4 hours in the fridge before cutting.
