Greener on the Other Side Smoothie
Recipe Type: Smoothie
Serves: 2 servings
A sweet, vivid treat that tastes amazing and boosts your energy.
  • 1 medium sized cucumber (6 oz) peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 2 large leaves of curly kale or lacianto kale, stems removed
  • 1 pear, cored and cut into large chunks
  • 3-4 celery ribs (2 oz) cut into large chunks
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and liquify. If mixture is too thick, add a little bit of water or more pineapple juice.
