Pumpkin pie protein shake

A drinkable pumpkin pie made with almond milk and sweetened with just a hint of maple syrup. It’s filling, full of protein, fiber and is perfectly spiced.
  • 1½ cups (3.5dl) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • ½ cup (1.2dl) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Ice and maple syrup to taste. I used a tsp of maple syrup.
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Serve immediately.
