Sweet Peachy-Keen Smoothie

A smoothie that'll get you excited for the morning. Start the day by satisfying your sweet tooth with a deceivingly healthy treat.
  • ¾ -1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • about 2 cups frozen peaches, cubed with skin removed
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds, optional
  1. Place all ingredients in the order listed a high powered blender, blend and enjoy!
  2. Adjust the almond milk (or liquid of choice) according to desired thickness.
