The Pear and Ginger Margarita
Recipe Type: Cocktail
Serves: 1 drink
When deciding between Triple Sec and Cointreau, think about how boozy you would like the drink to be. Triple Sec has a significantly lower alcohol content than Cointreau.
  • 3 Tablespoons (1.5 ounces) Pear Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons (1.5 ounces) Partida Añejo Tequila
  • 3 Tablespoons (1.5 ounces) Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 2 Tablespoons (1 ounce) Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, sliced
To Garnish
  • Rosemary Salt
  • Rosemary Salt (You can make your own by crushing a rosemary and mixing with salt)
  • A slice of pear or lime (optional)
  1. Rim the glass with lime juice and the rosemary salt.
  2. Shake all the ingredients, except fresh pear and the salt with ice in a cocktail shaker until the outside of the shaker is cold.
  3. Strain into a glass over rocks, or “up”.
  4. Garnish with a slice of pear or fresh rosemary if desired.
