Peanut and Fig Smoothie

Like a sophisticated PB&J, this fig and nut butter smoothie is an easy, but gourmet drink that can be a delicious snack.
  • 1 heaping cup halved fresh figs (I used black mission and brown turkey)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey (or agave or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 heaping cup ice cubes
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and enjoy!
