ROASTED GARLIC PARMESAN BASIL VINAIGRETTE

Serves: ¾ cups
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 ½ tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil or ½ teaspoon ground basil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Maille's parmesan basil Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mince the garlic and pan roast the garlic until fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on low for about one minute. Increase the speed to medium for about another 30 seconds.
  3. Store in an airtight container
