Dairy-Free Coconut and Banana Date Shake

A coconut milk milkshake to end all cravings with tons of nutrients to boot.
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 2 dates
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • Pinch of fresh ground nutmeg to garnish
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into serving glass. Sprinkle fresh ground nutmeg. Drink immediately.
