Matcha and Coconut Oats

Spruce up your normal oatmeal with the green tea powerhouse, matcha, sesame seeds, and coconut.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup water (or coconut milk or dairy/alt of your choice. Water is the most calorie smart).
  • ¼ Cup rolled oats
  • 1½ teaspoons matcha (I used the brand Aiya)
  • Coconut powder
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Brown Sugar
Instructions
  1. Cook oats on the stove.
  2. Stir in matcha powder. Sprinkle on sesame seeds, coconut powder and brown sugar.
