MGAIWA PHALA
 
Ingredients
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup of mgaiwa (whole ground dry maize)
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and cook over high heat stirring constantly to prevent lumps
  2. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook covered for 15 minutes
