Chef Ivan Flowers' Gourmet Cranberry Sauce

A beautiful cranberry sauce from Chef Ivan Flowers. Your Holiday feast deserves no less. Wait until you try it on your turkey sandwich.
  • 2 Lbs. Whole Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Quart Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Juice of 4 Lemons
  • 1 Cup Chambord Liqueur
  • 1 ½ Cups Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  1. In a large sauce pan combine all the ingredients except for the orange zest.
  2. Cook over low heat until the cranberries break down and it becomes syrupy, stirring every couple of minutes.
  3. Note, if you want more whole cranberries, simply cook a little less time.
  4. Refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled with the zest of the orange on top.
