Rum Spiked Chocolates

A quick and tasty idea for a delicious dessert to be prepared only with a good chocolate and a few drops of rum or other dessert wine.
  • 150 g (5 ½ oz) dark chocolate 70%
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  1. Melt chocolate over a double boiler and add a teaspoon rum.
  2. Pour in the special silicone molds and store in the fridge for at least two hours or until set.
