Fried chicken with a twist

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 6 tsp water
  • 0’5 tsp salt
  • 0’5 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • coconut oil
  • bacon (by choice)
  1. Blend your eggs and water with a mixer and pour it on a plate.
  2. Mix almond flour, salt and pepper on another plate.
  3. Dip chicken breast into eggs and then flour.
  4. You can add some bacon for a better taste (use toothpicks).
  5. Put coconut oil in a pan and cook for a few minutes on both sides.
  6. You can also put the meat in an oven and bake for 25 minutes on 356°.
