Instructions
- Line a pan with parchment and top with berries, dried fruit, and nuts.
- Pour melted chocolate over the berries and nuts.
- Add more berries and nuts on top of the melted chocolate.
- Allow chocolate to set, but not completely harden.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the bark into treats.
Notes
- For best results, use high-quality white chocolate with a minimum of 30% cocoa butter.
- If using fresh berries, pat them completely dry before adding to the melted chocolate to prevent clumping.
