Description

A beautiful Valentines Day treat thats surprisingly simple to make. Impress your loved ones with these elegant white chocolate hearts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lbs (454 g) white chocolate
  • Fresh or dried berries
  • Nut

Instructions

  1. Line a pan with parchment and top with berries, dried fruit, and nuts.
  2. Pour melted chocolate over the berries and nuts.
  3. Add more berries and nuts on top of the melted chocolate.
  4. Allow chocolate to set, but not completely harden.
  5. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the bark into treats.

Notes

  • For best results, use high-quality white chocolate with a minimum of 30% cocoa butter.
  • If using fresh berries, pat them completely dry before adding to the melted chocolate to prevent clumping.
