- 3–4 pieces lemon wedge
- Pinch of mint
- .75 parts simple syrup
- Mint sprig
- Lemon for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle Mint, lemon and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon pinwheel.
