- 1 cups (237 ml) Greek yoghurt
- 4 oz (100 g) fresh strawberries
- 2 oz (50 g) raspberries
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt and honey together and blend well.
- Put the cleaned fruit into a bowl and mash with a fork. Leave some chunks.
- Add the fruit mixture to the yogurt and stir gently until marbled.
- Scoop the mixture into your chosen forms, filling them halfway.
- Place the cups in the freezer.
- After one hour, remove the cups from the freezer and insert a wooden stick into the center of each.
- Return to the freezer for at least another three hours before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter popsicle, increase the honey to 2 tablespoons.
- To prevent ice crystals, use very ripe berries and ensure the yogurt is smooth before mixing.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
