Description

Creamy Greek yogurt swirled with fresh berries—the perfect summer treat! Let them soften slightly before enjoying for a soft-serve texture.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cups (237 ml) Greek yoghurt
  • 4 oz (100 g) fresh strawberries
  • 2 oz (50 g) raspberries
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt and honey together and blend well.
  2. Put the cleaned fruit into a bowl and mash with a fork. Leave some chunks.
  3. Add the fruit mixture to the yogurt and stir gently until marbled.
  4. Scoop the mixture into your chosen forms, filling them halfway.
  5. Place the cups in the freezer.
  6. After one hour, remove the cups from the freezer and insert a wooden stick into the center of each.
  7. Return to the freezer for at least another three hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter popsicle, increase the honey to 2 tablespoons.
  • To prevent ice crystals, use very ripe berries and ensure the yogurt is smooth before mixing.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
