- 8 slices (8 slices) Prosciutto di Parma
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Wrap each avocado slice with half a slice of prosciutto.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe but firm avocados. Overripe avocados will be too soft to wrap.
- If you don’t have balsamic glaze, a drizzle of good quality olive oil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt works well.
