Description

Creamy avocado meets salty prosciutto in these elegant little bites. Perfect for a party or a light appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 avocados (2 avocados) avocados
  • 8 slices (8 slices) Prosciutto di Parma
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Wrap each avocado slice with half a slice of prosciutto.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  3. Serve.

Notes

  • For best results, use ripe but firm avocados. Overripe avocados will be too soft to wrap.
  • If you don’t have balsamic glaze, a drizzle of good quality olive oil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt works well.
  • Store any leftover bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. They are best served fresh.
