Sweet and creamy strawberry popsicles with only three ingredients.

- 1 cups (237 ml) coconut milk
- 2.5 cups (592 ml) strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Chop strawberries into chunks. Set some aside.
- Add the remaining strawberries, honey, and the entire can of coconut milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the flatter strawberry pieces to the sides of the mold.
- Pour in the strawberry mixture.
- Add popsicle sticks.
- Transfer to the freezer for about 4 hours, or until frozen.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk.
- Adjust honey to your desired sweetness level; taste and adjust before freezing.
- If strawberries are particularly tart, add an extra tablespoon of honey.
