Vanilla Crème Fraiche Strawberry Shortcake

Meiomi Rosé x Vanilla Crème Fraiche Strawberry Shortcake
 
Serves: 5 servings
Ingredients
  • a pound of Strawberries
  • 8 oz container of Madagascar Vanilla Crème Fraîche, or make your own by scraping a vanilla bean into a cup of Crème Fraîche
  • 5 shortbread cookies
Instructions
  1. Remove strawberry stems and chop coarsely with paring knife. Add to serving bowl.
  2. Chop up shortbread cookies and toss over strawberries
  3. Spoon a dollop of crème fraîche over strawberries and butter cookie
