I was looking for a recipe for a chai latte for quite some time now, since I don’t drink cow’s milk, I was afraid it wouldn’t taste as good. I finally decided to give it a try, and I am impressed. It is even better than in a restaurant.
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 3 cloves
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cups black tea
- Boil the milk and the spices together.
- Make tea and pour ¾ cup in a mug and add ¼ of strained spiced milk.
- Serve hot with some cinnamon.
