Norwegian Seafood Experience
Oceana Restaurant will offer all their diners a taste of Norway created in conjunction with top Norwegian chef Frode Selvaag.

At the Michelin Star Restaurant Oceana, Executive Chef Ben Pollinger showcases the best of the bounty of the sea, featuring seasonal seafood and classic techniques. For the first week of October, he will partner up with master chef Frode Selvaag to create three different dishes celebrating the delicious seafood from Norway, which is the second largest exporter of seafood in the world. Selvaag, who was born and raised in Ryfylke, travels the world teaching and cooking with the ingredients from his home country and for one week, he will bring his passion and talent to New York.
During the NORTH, October 1st through the 6th, guests at Oceana will have the opportunity to sample three different dishes crafted in collaboration by Pollinger and Selvaag specifically to highlight Norway’s strong tradition of seafood. A bar snack, appetizer and main course will be available throughout the duration of the Festival. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to sample the world class Norwegian seafood.
