This complex and sweet - but not too sweet - cocktail pairs perfectly with the comforting foods of the colder months.

Ingredients
  • 1½ oz. gin
  • ½ oz. (1 Tbsp.) lime juice
  • ½ oz. (1 Tbsp.) honey
  • Orange peel and Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Combine gin, lime juice, and honey in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with a strip of orange peel (made easily with a vegetable peeler) and a Maraschino cherry.
