This complex and sweet – but not too sweet – cocktail pairs perfectly with the comforting foods of the colder months.

- 1½ oz. gin
- ½ oz. (1 Tbsp.) lime juice
- ½ oz. (1 Tbsp.) honey
- Orange peel and Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Combine gin, lime juice, and honey in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a strip of orange peel (made easily with a vegetable peeler) and a Maraschino cherry.
