Description

This is great and simple as a dip with chips, or use it to top grilled chicken or meat. The fresh flavors are tangy and have a bit of heat that complements grilling so well.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jalapeno (if you don’t like things spicy, take this down to 1/2 a jalapeno)
  • 1/2 pound fresh tomatoes
  • salt / pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rough chop all ingredients and throw into a Cuisinart. Pulse a few times until chunky …don’t go too far or you’ll get a runnier consistency.
  2. Throw in a good amount of salt and just a little pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Let sit for about 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
