Gingerbread Spice Smoothie

Today I whipped up a delicious gingerbread smoothie for two.

It’s perfectly creamy and has all my favorite fall flavors. I added a bit of brown sugar because my banana was not as ripe as I prefer.

Here you have it! Fresh, homemade and healthy.  And in less than five minutes!

Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1½ tbsp molasses
  • 1½ cups almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 cups ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and run until it's smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
