Ingredients
  • ½ cup raw carrot, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1 cup plain kefir or dairy-free milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey (omit if your milk is sweetened)
