I fell in love with trying new smoothie recipes. I’m stocking up on fresh fruit and freezing it by the bucket to prepare for winter.
The combination of sweet, tart raspberries and creamy, salty almond butter? You better believe I inhaled every last drop. It’s thick and satisfying and a perfect treat.
This summer I’ve been eating so seasonally fresh. I don’t always take a ton of time to prep meals, but how simple is a raspberry smoothie for breakfast?
P.S. you can make this even more perfect with some of my favorite add-ins like chia seeds or flaxseeds or even more fruit!
- 2 cups chocolate almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- ¾ cup raspberries, frozen
- ½ banana, frozen
- 1 spoonful almond butter
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
