Sarah Rubin

Sarah Rubin is hungry for a healthier, more equitable food system. She has worked on farms across the country, developed an online library of activities for young gardeners, and advocated for local growers in her community. An adventurous eater, Sarah has a soft spot for unconventional-looking veggies. As a FoodCorps service member, Sarah coordinates garden and food education at an elementary school in Gloucester, MA, a role that combines her diverse agricultural and culinary experience with her love of working with youth.
